Ensure that the USB is plugged into the side of the TV.
From the TV’s home screen, select the “APPs” icon on the left side of the TV screen.
Scroll down and select the “Media Player” app (the first app icon in the third row).
Select the “USB” option in Media Player.
Select “Videos”, then select “Kroger Health Reel”, and hit “Play”.
Once the video has started to play, press the “Options Menu” button on the remote (shown here).
Ensure that the “Cycle Mode” is set as “Continuous” so that the video plays on a loop.
Set the TV volume to a low setting from the remote and place the remote inside the top of the display.

Android TV Ad Removal

If there are promotional Android TV/TCL ads playing on the screen, follow the steps below to remove:

Ensure that the USB is plugged into the side of the TV.
From the TV’s home screen, select the “USB Media Player” app.
Select “Video” and the “USB drive”.
Press the “Options Menu” button on the remote (shown here).
Once the “Options Menu” button has been pressed, a “Video Options” prompt will appear on the screen. Ensure that the “Repeat All” is shown as (on) and press “OK”.
Press “Play” on the “Kroger Reel”.
Set the TV volume at a low setting from the remote and place the remote inside the top of the display.

TCL Roku TV Reset Instructions

If there are promotional TCL Roku ads playing on the screen, follow the steps below to remove:

From the home screen of the TV, select “Settings” on the left side of the screen.
Select “System” and then select “Store Settings”.
Disable (de-select) the “Show Store Marketing Messages” option.
